There's a couple of steps to check here!
Please go into your MarketNow dashboard via https://app.marketnow.com.au/agent/login and check the email address used to send to the vendor to ensure it is correct.
Next, make sure that the vendor has turned off spam filters and has thoroughly rummaged through their junk mail!
